We are a couple who has lived in Augusta for 5 years. When we bought our house we knew we wanted to rent it out. We knew renting our house would be a lot of work, but we didn’t know how much work it was until we did it. Turns out we enjoyed it, and soon we found ourselves helping our friends rent their houses. As we talked with more people we realized that it’s common to want to rent it out, but a little bit of help is needed to feel comfortable committing to the work.
